Kristy Duncan is an independent Australian immigration agent based on the Gold Coast, Australia. She focuses on providing high quality immigration services to businesses, families and individuals worldwide.

Unfortunately, the Australian immigration industry is rife with agents and agencies who provide sub-par services.

Our motivation is simple. We want to give you the best possible chance of success. How do we aim to achieve this? By focusing on attention to detail, by applying a solid strategy to each case and by using our expertise to guide you through the complicated process.

Primary goals

In an industry where migration agents come and go, we have already demonstrated our desire to become one of Australia’s longstanding migration agencies. According to statistics provided by the MARA, more than 30 percent of agents do not re-register after 3 years of practice and nearly 50 percent do not re-register after 5 years.

This is a clear indication of the difficulties that many agents experience in our industry. After nearly 17 years in operation, we have a proven track record and we now belong to a small group of practices who have well and truly passed the 5 year threshold. We are confident that our success is largely due to a few key factors:

Each case is handled individually and treated on its own merits. When we assess a prospective visa applicant we leave no stone un-turned. Due care and diligence is applied at all times.

Our commitment

Every application we take on undergoes extensive review before initiating the process. If we do not see a realistic pathway towards a successful visa application, we do not see it fair to engage you as a client.

Due to the stringent regulations enforced by the Department of Immigration, not every application will be successful. As your immigration representatives, we will advise you as soon possible if we encounter difficulties with your application.
