Kristy was a big help from the very first e-mail on. Having a migration agent help you with the whole visa application can be costly. Kristy's pricing is very fair, but when she informed me about the visakit, this seemed like the perfect option for us. The visakit made it very easy and straight forward to put my application together. The kit provides great examples of how visa evidence can be prepared, it was a great guide! With the help of the kit, I was able to prepare the evidence as needed and I wasn't asked from the department to provide further information. Also, when I was in doubt about another issue once, Kristy was available very quickly to have a consultation appointment and helped me solving the question. So, thank you a lot Kristy!

Wow, since I just learned today that my partner residency application was granted I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed.

Even in this very emotional state I can state unequivocally that this would NOT have happened were it not for Migration Angels! Kristy has the patience of a saint - here's an example of what she had to deal with. When I looked at the lengthy application I had page after page of questions. Seriously I think I asked over 50!! Most of my questions came from a sense of anxiety - I wanted to get everything right!

At no time did Kristy demonstrate anything less than complete professionalism. Even though I continued to ask questions, she was patient and clear. For people who are relatively new to Australia I would urge you to strongly consider using Migration Angels. I had an issue with my fingerprints - they don't show up very well. This meant I had to repeat the process a few times and that was not just time consuming but also nerve wracking. Kristy was always a steady voice (not an audible one, rather her words came through via emailed messages) whenever my anxiety reared it's ugly head.

While I'm certain people can complete the application without assistance, it's my firm belief that the cost of using a migration agent is absolutely worth it. The Department of Immigration charges $7000, which is seriously steep - can you imagine screwing up the application and losing that amount? If you are going to make the investment to become a permanent resident in this amazing country, invest in getting it done correctly.

I needed some advice on a Prospective Marriage Visa. We filled in all of the paperwork ourselves and had all the supporting documents but needed to have it looked over to make sure we had done this right.

Taking the decision to apply for a VISA can often be prompted by external events, which can make a busy life even busier. Often there is a target date to work to, which adds to the pressure along with the desire to get the application in as quickly as possible and to get it right first time – not always easy when many of the questions appear ambiguous. Such was the case for myself early in 2011, when I felt totally overwhelmed by the amount paperwork involved and felt the need for someone who I could call on for advice at every turn.
